I have been suffering from back pain for around 13 years, I had an operation to pin it in place around 10 years ago and since then I have been suffering from quite severe pain on and off and taking painkillers almost every day. I have had many massages in the past and tried other methods of pain relief, many of which helped but were all very temporary. Since Ria gave me a Shiatsu massage I have gone down to having painkillers once or twice a week and it is winter which is always the worst time of year for my back pain due to the cold. I thought it would be another temporary fix but it’s still the same 3 months on! I cannot think of any other changes that I have made or things I have done that could have attributed to the change in pain. I know for sure if/when my back pain flares up again the first thing I’ll do is go and see Ria!

My husband and I have been trying to fall pregnant for 10 years. It was important that we only sort natural therapies on our journey. I had quite severe Endometriosis, Cysts, Estrogen Dominance all that it comes with. We found Ria through a good friend and from the moment we met, the holistic 'relationship' clicked.
